City Survey

City Survey

Every two years, the City of Elk Grove conducts a citywide survey. This survey is developed by the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) and the National Research Center, Inc. The National Community Survey (NCS) is a low-cost resident survey service for local governments which allows jurisdictions to survey resident opinion for program planning, goal setting, budgeting, and performance measurement. The City has completed the survey in 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021. [Note:  The NCS was the National Citizen Survey from 2009 to 2018.]

Residents can contact Carrie Whitlock, Strategic Planning & Innovation Program Manager, at cwhitlock@elkgrovecity.org or (916) 478-2238 for questions related to the survey.
