In an effort to improve access to public information, the City of Elk Grove provides webcasting of the Elk Grove City Council and Planning Commission meetings and archived past meetings.

Residents can view the meetings remotely and at their convenience with livestream feeds. The archiving system provides residents the ability to navigate to the agenda item in which they are interested without having to forward through the entire archived meeting.
