Get the Word Out!
Don't assume your pet will find their way home. Create a flyer and post it around your neighborhood. Keep it simple, use bold letters to make it east to read and include:
- Current Photo (if available)
- Basic Description (Type, breed, color, sex, etc)
- Contact information
Leave flyers at local veterinarians, pet related stores, share on social media sites like Facebook, Elk Grove Pets Lost and Found, NextDoor, Pawboost and Craigslist.
