To serve local community organizations, non-profits, business groups, and current and future residents, the City of Elk Grove has established a Speakers Bureau. City representatives are available to speak at community events and provide information about city issues or department activities (i.e., City Council members, City Manager's Office, Planning, Parks, Economic Development, Public Works, Police Department, etc.). City staff will arrange for a City representative to speak at community gatherings and answer questions. The City looks forward to participating in as many community events as possible to maintain open lines of communications with the public.

Speakers Bureau Guidelines:

• Group should include at least ten (10) Elk Grove residents or business people interested in an issue;
• The topic of interest must be related to a city issue and not political in nature.
