Home Energy Renovation Opportunity (HERO)

This PACE program is administered and financed by the company HERO. A wide variety of efficiency products are available to property owners through the HERO Program. Some of HERO's most popular products include water-saving technologies, solar power panel installations, whole-home heating and cooling (HVAC) systems, energy-saving windows and doors, roofing and insulation. HERO also has more than 50 product lines to help homeowners save water during this extended drought, including high-efficiency toilets, faucets and showerheads; drip irrigation systems; rainwater catchment systems; gray water systems; as well as artificial turf and drought-tolerant landscaping. Sacramento Community Facilities District 2012-1 (Clean Energy Sacramento)

This PACE program is administered and financed by the company Ygrene. Popular energy retrofitting offered by Clean Energy Sacramento include a home’s “envelope” and insulation; solar panels; window and door insulation; Home Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems; Lighting systems; and Water systems. California Enterprise Development Authority (CEDA)

The former Figtree Financing PACE program has merged with, and is now administered by, Dividend Solar. Long term, low cost financing makes it cost effective and easy to upgrade your property, while preserving capital for other projects. This program is available to both residential and commercial entities located within the City of Elk Grove.
