City Authorized Commercial Haulers
Commercial recycling and trash services can only be provided by a City authorized commercial hauler. The following is a list of haulers who have registered with the City and are therefore authorized to provide services. Self-Haul
If you elect to self-haul your recyclables in your business vehicle, please complete a Self-Haul Recycling Form, and keep all dump tags and receipts to show that your self-hauling activities are completed in accordance with the provisions of all applicable laws or regulations.
Providing Non-Residential Hauler Services in Elk Grove
Non-Residential Haulers operate under a Non-Exclusive Franchise Hauler Agreement to provide trash, recycle and organic disposal from business, multifamily, and construction and demolition sites within the City. In order to operate within the City, Non-Residential Haulers are required to obtain a Non-Exclusive Franchise Agreement.
