detour map imageThe installation of underground utilities for new homes will generate a three-week road closure for a small section of Bruceville Road in the City’s southern end beginning on Monday, March 2.

This is a full 24-hour road closure. This closure will impact all northbound and southbound traffic on Bruceville Road travelling between Kammerer Road and Bilby Road including emergency and pedestrian traffic. Access for all property owners and businesses will be maintained.

Affected Area: Bruceville Road between Bilby Road and Allan Detrick Avenue.

Detours and Alternate Routes: Vehicle traffic will be detoured through the new development area via Allan Detrick Avenue and Nucleo Street. A truck route has been established on Whitelock Parkway, Promenade Parkway, and Kammerer Road during the closure. Detour signs and messaging boards will direct motorists on these routes.

Re-opening: Bruceville Road is slated to re-open to traffic on March 23.
