Youth Services develops, implements and coordinates a full range of youth-based programs and services to help benefit the youth in the City of Elk Grove. Youth Services works in conjunction with the Elk Grove Police Department, Elk Grove Unified School District, Cosumnes Community Services, nonprofit organizations, local businesses and recreational organizations.
