Tenant/Owner Authorization Form
The City of Elk Grove ordinances state that all requests to bill a party other than the owner of record must be made in writing to the Administrative Services Director by the owner of record.
Once you have completed and signed this form, please return the signed original to the City of Elk Grove Utility Billing for processing and keep a copy for your records.
Please keep in mind that any change in occupancy requires you to re-submit this form in order for us to change the billing/mailing information. Regardless of who you authorize to receive and pay on the account, the legal owner of the property is responsible for all accrued charges per the City of Elk Grove ordinance.
