Utility Billing
Utility Billing Payment Options
You may pay your City of Elk Grove Utility Billing invoice several ways:
| 1) | Payment Remittance to the Payment Processing Center: If you place your payment stub with your check in the envelope provided, we will receive and process your payment.

| 2) | Credit Card over the phone: You may call us at 916-478-3642 during regular business hours to make a credit card payment over the phone. Please note we experience higher call volumes on the payment due dates and you may have a longer hold time on those days. |
| 3) | EFT bank drafting: You can fill out the forms provided by clicking on this link, attach a voided check and mail it back to the address on the form. Please note the directions listed with these forms. We draft your bank account 10 days prior to the due date on your invoice. |
| 4) | Payment Drop Box: There is a payment drop box in front of Elk Grove City Hall. We are located at 8401 Laguna Palms Way. |
| 5) | Cashiers Office: You may bring in your payment stub and cash, check, or credit card to our Cashier’s office located at Elk Grove City Hall 8401 Laguna Palms Way between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. |
| 6) | Online Banking Bill Payments: If your bank offers online bill payment services, you can set up your payment to be automatically sent to us through your bank. Please read the following suggestions for online bill paying by clicking on this link. |
PLEASE NOTE: All payments must be received by 5:00 pm on the due date. Anything received after that will be assessed late fees.
