If you will be selling your home in the next 30 days, please complete the following form to be electronically submitted to the City of Elk Grove Utility Billing Division. You must provide us with the service address and home telephone number so we may contact you if necessary.

Once we have received the form, we will verify the information with the Assessor's office and complete the ownership change (this can take up to 90 days to receive the updated information). You will continue to receive a bill until the ownership change has been processed.

If you would like to expedite this process, please print out printable form below, complete the information, and fax it along with a copy of your notarized GRANT DEED (you receive this with your closing documents) to (916) 683-1256 and we will process this change immediately. We cannot accept any other forms except the notarized GRANT DEED.
