Utility Billing

EFT Drafting

Pay Your Utility Bill Automatically from Your Checking Account

The City of Elk Grove is pleased to offer automatic drafting (EFT) from your checking account, for Utility Billing payments. To facilitate this process, you must return the form one month before the next bill is sent. (We bill on the odd numbered months) This draft will occur 10 days before the due date for each bill (35 days after the bill date on your invoice), and will continue draft bi-monthly until you notify us in writing to stop this process. Please be sure to include a phone number and write clearly so that we may enter your request correctly and reach you if we have any questions. PLEASE ATTACH A VOIDED CHECK.

Please return the form in a separate envelope and do not include it with your payment.
