Veteran and Public Safety Street Naming Program

Program Details

The City of Elk Grove’s Veteran and Public Safety Street Naming Program is currently accepting nominations of exemplary individuals for possible future street name use. The Program was created to recognize the number of individuals who have served our community and country. By naming a City street in their honor, we hope to promote public awareness of the individual and show our appreciation for their outstanding contributions.

Prior to completing a nomination form, please review this entire packet. All questions regarding this Program can be directed to Public Works or e-mailed to streetsign@elkgrovecity.org or (916) 478-2256.

*Nomination form may be filled out online. Once completed, you may either click Print Document and mail or hand-delivered to:
