Online GIS mapping allows residents to gain access to a collection of geographic information that includes GIS map layers, aerial photography, property information, as well as a variety of digital static maps and an interactive web application. You can use the Property Information to search for addresses, parcel numbers, zoning, garbage service day, and monthly neighborhood pickup. The Crimes Analysis tool enables residents to view recent crime locations in your neighborhoods.

Online Building Permits enables citizens and contractors to view their permit process and inspection results online. You will need a PIN number to access the permit information. You can locate your PIN on the building permit that was issued to you at the time of application.

Online Business Licenses enables citizens to complete routine licensing tasks over the Internet. You can renew your business license online by using the PIN number that was included on your renewal notice. You may also apply for a new business license by completing our online form and paying for the license by credit card.

Online Code Enforcement enables citizens to track their case if they have received an invoice from the City of Elk Grove. You must have a PIN number that is printed on your invoice to access your case status.

Online Utility Billing provides customers the ability to view their utility bills over a secure Internet connection. Customers can also view comprehensive, current account information, billing history, and payment history. You can also print out your current bill, and make a payment.
