Laguna Ridge Fee and Financing District Information
Development Related Fees
(due at the time of building permit issuance)
Please see the City’s webpage or see the 2011 Development Related Fee Booklet. The City recommends reviewing the Planned Fee Updates section of this webpage on a regular basis.
As the Fee Booklet disclaimer states, not all payments, conditions, and agreements are included in the Fee Booklet. In the Laguna Ridge Specific Plan Area, all current City-wide fees as detailed in the Fee Booklet are applicable. The City is currently working to establish a fee program to fund park development, costs in Laguna Ridge that are not currently included in any other fee program.
