Financial Planning Division Overview
The Financial Planning Division oversees budgeting, development impact fee programs, and financing districts including Mello Roos Community Facilities Districts (CFDs), Assessment Districts, and other financing districts and programs. The Financial Planning Division staff members serve as the primary advisors to the City Manager, City Council and City Departments in financial planning.

To develop and provide effective and timely financial analysis, information, and assistance, and to promote best practices in Finance and budgeting for our customers who are our elected officials, City staff, residents and businesses in Elk Grove, as well as other agencies, companies, and individuals.
