Planned Fee Updates
Planned Updates to Development Related Fees in the City of Elk Grove
- The 2008 Development Related Fee Booklet is now available online (click here).
- The updated processing fees for service provided by the Public Works and Planning Departments are expected to be considered by City Council sometime in early 2008. No further information is available at this time.
- Most of the development impact fee programs administered by the City are automatically adjusted by a construction cost index each January 1st.
- All project applicants are encouraged to review the 2008 Development Related Fee Booklet which are available for $2.50 at the cashier’s window of City Hall located at 8401 Laguna Palms Way, and is also available on the City’s web site at www.elkgrovecity.org (fee information can be found under Quick Links at the bottom of the home page).
