Development Related Fees
This section provides information about development impact fees and other fees applicable to new development in the City of Elk Grove. Although this booklet provides fee information, projects may be subject to special fees, conditions, and agreements not specified in this material. Although every care is taken to provide the most accurate information possible, there are several factors which may affect the final fees including fee updates, changes to project specifics, etc.

cashier's window of City Hall located at 8401 Laguna Palms Way.
