City Survey

Every two years, the City of Elk Grove conducts a citywide survey. This survey is developed by the International City/County Management Association (ICMA) and the National Research Center, Inc. The National Citizen Survey (NCS) is a low-cost resident survey service for local governments which allows jurisdictions to survey resident opinion for program planning, goal setting, budgeting, and performance measurement. The City has completed the survey in 2009, 2011, 2013, 2015 and the 2017 survey which closed on November 17, is currently being worked on. Once the results are available they will be posted below.

Residents can contact Kara Reddig, Deputy City Manager, at or (916) 478-2249 for questions related to the survey.
