The City offers a customer service program called Ask Elk Grove, that connects residents with specially-trained customer service representatives ready to assist with non-emergency City service requests.  This includes items from potholes to stray animals, street lights to trash collection and everything in-between.

Ask Elk Grove helps make local government open and accessible to everyone. It opens the doors to City Hall. Our goal is to provide the best customer service possible and get you the help or information you need - quickly and easily. Below is a variety of ways to contact us.

Language Services

Ask Elk Grove offers language translation services for callers that feel more comfortable speaking in a language other than English.  The City offers more than 240 languages and dialects.  When calling in please state the language you wish to use at the beginning of the call and a translator will be brought on the line.
