Bids and Proposals must be addressed and delivered to the Office of the City Clerk, 8380 Laguna Palms Way, Suite 200, Elk Grove, California 95758. The outside of the envelope must be identified with the appropriate proposal or project title. Bids or proposals not delivered by the specified date and time will be returned unopened.
