The City of Elk Grove has rolled out the new Elk Grove mobile app to make connecting with City Hall even easier.

The new mobile app is one of the variety of tools that make up the City’s Ask Elk Grove customer service platform. The new City of Elk Grove app replaces the Elk Grove Public Stuff app. If you were a user of the Elk Grove Public Stuff app, you will need to delete it and add the new City of Elk Grove app.

“We’ve launched the new app because we believe it’s important to make city government easily accessible to all of Elk Grove’s residents,” explained Elk Grove Interim City Manager Jason Behrmann. “The app empowers our users to communicate problems and access the information they want and need from city hall anytime from anywhere.”

With more information and services available, the City of Elk Grove app allows users to report issues to the city such as graffiti, illegal dumping, abandoned vehicles, contact city officials, view the city calendar, watch live or archived council meetings, and view maps of the city and local trails.

The mobile friendly Elk Grove app is now available as a free download in the Apple and Android app stores.
