Requirements:
1. Formal commitment made to the Census Bureau to become an outreach partner
- Community Based Organizations (Examples: Neighborhood Watch, Boys Scouts, Big Brother of Big Sister) and group of individuals, businesses, organizations committed to reach out to the community.
- Faith-based organizations
- Schools
- Complete Count Committees
- State, tribal and local government
2. Provide invoices and a summary of the activity you plan to perform as an outreach to the Elk Grove Community.
3. Funds must be allocated by August 15, 2009
