Voluntary Public Art Design Guidelines
The City Council adopted Voluntary Public Art Design Guidelines that will make public art in Elk Grove easy to recognize and make qualifications for incentives easy to identify. These incentives include reductions in required parking, required landscaping, setbacks, and building height.
The review of projects proposing to include public art will occur as part of the normal design review process, with the Committee for the Arts acting as a recommending body.
