The City of Elk Grove recently printed its first coloring book made up of twenty-three winning entries. The book was created by the Elk Grove Committee for the Arts, Elk Grove Citizen, and Elk Grove Unified School District. The City received one hundred sixty-six entries portraying popular scenes in Elk Grove from middle and high school students.
The City of Elk Grove would like to thank all the students that put effort into making this contest successful and the Elk Grove Committee for the Arts for judging and selecting the winning entries. We would also like to thank the Elk Grove Citizen for printing copies of the coloring book for residents to enjoy, Chick-fil-A for providing prizes to the winning students, and the Elk Grove Unified School District for notifying their students and encouraging them to enter this contest.
Hardcopies of the coloring book can be picked up at City Hall or by calling (916) 478-2201.
